bq27350: reporting corrupted data

Have you try to reset h fuel gauge or reload the firmware?

Hi Ming,

Tried the 0020, 0021 & 0041 commands but it had no affect on any samples.

I not sure what you mean by reloading the firmware, the state of the BQ27350 will not allow downloading the GG files which is the parameters.

Not sure how to reload the BQ27350 firmware.

are you using EVSW and TI bq27350 EVM? I just tried on mine and it works fine.

I am starting to get a number of field returns where the BQ27350 show s "communication error" when i use the TI bq27350 EVM.

The data that  is displayed  indicates that the battery is completely unsealed and temperature is 317.95 and cell voltage of  5.999 both of which are incorrect.

The state of the BQ27350 does not allow any command entry.

I meeting the same issue now, i think that the device in the ROM mode, but i want know what condition force the device enter ROM mode, could you please share the FA conclusion to me?
