CCS/UCD3138A: Question about PMBUS

There is no PMBus controller configuration for deactivating clock stretching.
If clock stretching is not desireable, then the firmware has to provide a higher priority to PMBus handler function.
For example through interrupt driven PMBus handling.
Most TI EVM code is written in such way that call PMBus handler at the main()/background loop with the lowest priority.
