Based on schematic since VREFT loading is <0.9mA accuracy will not be affected by thermistor loading.

What's R482 function? current limit?

I assume R428 and R481 are the thermistors, what's the resistor range?

The part needs to be in active mode otherwise VREFT will be off, Vbat should be above threshold.

1.R482 and R428 all are 0 ohm.
2.R481 not on resistance.
3.the RT1 is a 1% thermaitor.
4.R501 is a 1% 15k ohm.
5.if Vreft need to be less than 0.9mA, R501 and RT1 are grade resistors. the calculation should be less than 0.9mA.
