hi all,

I have a question about how to calculation parallel number of UCC29002, equation as below :

N=100K*(Iout,min)/( VLS,full,scale)

My operation condition is VDD=12V , so how can i get Iout ?

Hello Jimmy,
The above equation relates to the max number of load share controllers you can use in a given application.
For VDD= 12V you should design for VLS_FULL_SCALE = 10V

Thanks for your support but my question is how to get (Iout,min) .

I want to know that UCC29002 can connect up to several modules in parallel.

Hi Jimmy,

Yes the UCC29002 can connect several modules in parallel.

What is your design specification and what is your min output current ?

Hi John,
My customer design spec is output 12V, their question is the how much maximum number that can be connected in parallel.

examples: 1 power module use 1 pcs UCC29002 , How much modules can be connected in parallel. 3 or 5 or 7 unit modules or more ?

How to define ?

You can connect a maximum of 10 modules in parallel
