Hello all,
Hopefully this is a very simple issue...I got my BOOST-PSEMTHR-007 mother board, TPS23880EVM-008 daughter board, USB2ANY adapter, and installed the recommended TPS23880EVM GUI for my PSE evaluations. After powering the board with a 50V DC, connecting the USB2ANY adapter and starting the GUI, I get the following message:
The connected <unknown device> requires a firmware update to version 2.7.0.16
Serial Number: A2B3B46F21000300
Current version is: UNKNOWN
The update takes only a few seconds and does not require an Internet connection
I tried the following the given instruction by:
1. If a USB cable is connected to the USB2ANY, disconnect it.
2. While pressing the BSL Button (S1), connect the USB cable.
But it would not fix the problem and I get the same message after a power cycle. I assume that this issue prevents me from connecting to the TPS23880 module and it is displayed as "disconnected" on GUI.
Any help would be very appreciated.
