When TPS2660x is damaged by the inductive load negative voltage, can IN and OUT be shorted?

Hello Kuramochi,

When out sees a negative voltage due to inductive kick back, Voltage across IN-OUT can exceed IN-OUT absolute maximum ratings and destroy the internal MOSFET and can fail as a short or low resistance path from IN-OUT.
