We are planning a 802.3bt dongle network card and USB3.1 charger.
I/O: bt UPOE RJ-45 (1000Base-T or MultiGig PHY)
I/O: USB3.1 type C interface (PD source when UPOE plugged or PD sink w/o POE plugged)
Could you please recommend the following in TI solutions?
isolated power solution/reference design, 48-60Vin(UPOE) => 20/9/5Vout/3.5A
UPOE PD interface
USB3.1 PD source controller
THANKS~
Hi John,
I have noticed that some time has passed and am wonder how you are doing? Are you still looking for recommendations for your design? I have removed my previous reply & restated my clarifying questions, below:
- Would you be open to considering an IEEE 802.3bt compliant design?
- How much power do you need for each output? Can the 9V & 5V be POL outputs derived from the 20V isolated output?
Thank you,
