To my knowledge the GDK software hasn't been tested with bq28z610, but basic functions should work.
Note that you can't pick any arbitrary current for charging since there are only discrete values available due to the charger IC being used. I'm not sure why the current jumped like that unless it was transitioning from a pre-charge phase to fast-charge.
Is the gauge current reporting correctly (compared to a meter)? That's what's important, and not so much the actual current from the GDK.

i'am using the minimum current provided by the GDK since my battery is a 500mAh
and im trying to do a charge,rel,dis,rel Cycle or GPCCHEM tool as it replied with a very high deviation of 10% and an anomality in the data.
so 1. it's not giving the desired current of 105mAh,
2.Im not able to collect the data needed for the GPCCHEM

SO the gauge and the GDK are rreading the same value that is 130mAh
i think it's because the gdk Charger can only provide discrete values using a closed loop, since im asking for 105, when the charging starts it starts at 97 mah making it jump to a higher current which is 130 mAh. Is this right ?

I think that's correct. Why don't you use a C/2 current for charging, which is quite typical? 200mA or higher should be fine for the constant current portion of your charging since it's a 500mAh battery.

i went with the 130 since i've started the cycle, but for a discharge i should be 50mAh , right ?
should I expect a precise discharging current from the GDK, or i might run into a similar problem?
