I would like to programm data flash (0x4000 to 0x5FFF) of the BQ40Z50-r1 with an EV2300 and labview.
I write all the data flash but after the adress 0X5F80, I can't write anything. Between 0X5F80 and 0x5FFF, all the data are 0..
Do you have answer for me ?

Hi Aurélien,
Only part of the Data Flash memory space is used for the settings. Some sections are used by the firmware as scratch pad.
The best way to check the data flash settings memory range is to use the "Hex Dump" feature in the "Data Memory" screen:
The exported file will show you the address range required for all the settings.
For bq40z50-R1 the address range is 0x4000 to 0x497F.
