BQ40Z80EVM-020: BQ40Z80 for 6S LiPo batteries

I'm using the BQ40Z80EVM with 6S LiPo Battery but it fail to run correctly.

As in the manual I shorted the connection between 6P and 7P in the battery connector J12.

I disabled VC7SENS and VC7EN in pin configuration.

The problem is that I have CUV and CUVC set and I'm not able to clear it. I used all command available.

What's wrong?

Thanks for the inquiry. Can you confirm that you have removed R7 and D3 from the RevA EVM? This is an error in the EVM that is now in the documentation. Please also make sure to calibrate the PACK voltage, as the default calibrated value results in an improper measurement for PACK. If these do not resolve the issue, please let me know, and send the .gg.scv in a .zip file for me to do further diagnostics.
