Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD90160
Team,
Can you answer the following?
Some questions recently came up with our Safety group related to the amount of logic and RAM in the UCD90160 and UCD90160A devices, as we are performing a neutron single event upset analysis.
Could you provide some additional info regarding the amount of memory in these parts and how the SRAM is used? Here are some specific questions we have:
- Besides storing status, logs and faults until written to flash during power-down, are run-time parameters (e.g. OV/UV fault thresholds) loaded from flash into RAM at startup?
- How big is the SRAM array?
- Is the SRAM array interleaved or does it have any parity/ECC protection?
- How many FFs are in the device?
Regards,
Aaron
