Our customer wants to know the safe programming condition for TPS544B20:

Enabled or disabled status in the real system?

Customer also want to know if we have the programming guideline for this part.

Can you give some comments?

Oliver,

When the part is programmed, CNTL pin will go high anyway so it will be enabled. You can use the Fusion GUI to program the part.
