BQ78Z100: Authentication key function

we have download the BQKEYPACKAGER and BQKEYPROGRAMMER file and setup,but we fond they did not support BQ78z100 and BQ28z610 Guage IC.Could you have any other ways? thank you.

The message that "A free communication adapter connected to system was not found." means that the bqKeyProgrammer could not find an available EV2300 or EV2400. If you left bqStudio or other SW open which was using the EV2x00 then bqKeyProgrammer cannot take control of it. Please ensure you can communicate with your pack using bqStudio, then close bqStudio and launch bqKeyProgrammer again. If you do not see the message then it should be okay. If you do see the message then we need to fix that problem first.

we close the bqStudio,then open the bqKeyProgrammer again,it don't occur error dialogue box.

but when update the .bqk file.it still show fail.

and it is strange that open bqStudio communication is error when charge,it show "Not able to find a free communications adapter."when discharge the communication is OK,or no charge and no discharge,the communication is also OK.following is the picture.
