Hi,
I would like to know how you can guarantee grade 0, that requires +150 degrees AMBIENT temperature and the datasheet specifies +150 degrees JUNCTION as max.
In this situation the device should have 0 W power dissipation.
Thanks
Umberto

Frank,
if we print on the first page of datasheet that the device is Q0 guaranteed and we have a dedicated part number for this, we should have qualified it according to AEC-Q100 specifications, that say that the device should work at 150 degrees AMBIENT at least for the required mission profile.
Is there any other Q0 qualified switching regulator with similar features, already available or in qualification?
Thanks
Umberto
