TPS659039-Q1: Power Good Indication

Hi Experts,

I could see there is power good indication only for all SMPS rails in TPS659039-Q1 datasheet. Similarly is there any indication for LDO rails monitoring which are generated by PMIC internally?

Manoj,

POWERGOOD only monitors SMPS outputs. There is not a power good monitor for the LDO outputs.

Any provisions available inside the PMIC for monitoring LDO rails.

Manoj,

The GPADC can monitor up to two rails. You would have to connect those rails to the GPADC pins. This is the only internal option. Otherwise, you will need supervisors if the LDO rails need to be monitored.
