LMR62014: Instable 16V output

Hi,

Now I use this LMR62014 for my new design. There is a problem in my prototyp. I want to boost 12V to 16V, but the 16V output is instable. The output current is 200mA, typically. Do you have any suggestions, or reference design, or it can't be used in 12V to 16V boosting design.
