TPS92515-Q1: high temperature measured at diode D1

Hi team,

My customer use TPS92515-Q1 and measure 90C at diode D1 in data sheet.

They put 5A/40V shottky diode at D1.

Is there any suggestion to lower the temperature at D1?

Hello Tiffany,

It would be helpful to know the operating conditions, Vin, Vled, Iled, switching frequency and also the diode part numbers. The diode can get hot if Vin is high, Vled is low and Iled is high.
