    Kevin,

    bq76pl455 should be no problem to manager 12V lead-acid battery for voltage measurement as your attached.

    The only concern is that bq76pl455 only supports external balancing or active balancing with EMB14xx series.

    You can refer to EC table of Passive Balancing Control Outputs and Passive Balancing section for more details.
