Hi, 

May I ask if there are anything need to be careful during soldering of TPSM84824? 

is there any concern for this kind of power module using hand soldering ?

Will there be any problem during rework?

    When soldering any device, the max reflow and recommended solder profile must be observed.

    Hand soldering and rework is possible, but care must be taken to ensure all pins and pads are heated uniformally.
