TPS61088: Can I Use TPS61088 regulator for 3.7V ,10AH battery

Hi,

I am looking for regulator from TI that will take th battery input from 2.75V to 3.7V(max 4.2V).

My requirement is the regulator should provide a stable output of 5V, 4A current when the battery discharges from 3.7V to 2.8V .

I found TPS61088 part which meets the requirement. But I am not sure how it behaves in practical and how stable it is.

Could you also suggest if any better part is available meeting my requirement.
