In the first production we use according to the plane D1 = PMEG6010CEH, the source worked very well.
In the second production due to lack of stock we use D1 = CDBMT160-HF.
of 6 power supplies that we tested, two put Q1 in short circuit, after approximately 10 minutes of operation, and with a load up to 500mA
Is it possible that the change of D1 produces this type of failure?
