1.0V Referernce

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4140

Hi team,

I need a 1.0V reference voltage. VCC is 3.3V. The package should be the smallest. The temperature should be-40C~85C. The accuracy error should be the smallest.

Would you help me to select a suitable device?

  • HI user,

1V references are a very rare demand. Our only 1V reference is the LM4140 but it is only rated from 0-70C. If you require -40C to 85C then you need to get a 2V voltage reference and use resistor dividers and/or buffer as necessary.

What is the purpose of this 1V reference?
    can 1.25V work?
