UCC256301: Capacitor of BLK_PIN

Thanks for your interest in UCC256301. Increasing the capacitance of the BLK pin is ok. You might a small delay between PFC bus reaching start or stop and the device starting up or shutting down due to the larger capacitance but this effect should be minor.
