TPS65217: Could you tell me about PPATH register

I have unknown points from customer's question, can you tell me?

The initial value of "USBSINK" is "0 b" in "Figure 31" but "1 b" in "Table 3".

Which is right?

I think "0b" is correct from the following description of the data sheet.
