This is a rom based gauge. If a POR occurs or if you hit the reset button, the values return to the default. see users guide and TRM below

another problems：

1.if i want to modify the value(as above,present OTP) ,whether or not to enter rom mode(use the subcommand 0xf00);

2.if i need to enter the rom mode ,how can i exit the mode;

No you do not need to enter rom mode.Again remember that if the device is POR you will loose what ever values you stored. See the a related document though for another gauge that will guide you through programming the gauge.
