Hi,

We got a question from the customer about TPS25921.
Could you help us?

According to datasheet, the recommended external capacitor on OUT pin is 0.1 to 1uF. Why is this capacitor needed?

    Hi Tateo,

    There is no hard requirement on the output capacitance value but we generally prefer to use at least 0.1uF on OUT pin for better noise filtering.
    Is this a new design? Can you please promote new device TPS2595, which has better Ron in compact 2mm x 2mm size over TPS25921A. Please revert back for any further information.
