BQ24630: Use with NCR18650B Li-Ion Cells

Team,

My customer is looking for a charger for a 2s NCR18650B pack charged from a 12V input. Charge current is 1.6A and they need to avoid buck fsw at the AM frequency band. Could they use the bq24630? It is a Lithium Phosphate charger but looking at the charge profile I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work. Would there be any trade-offs?

    It is ok to use BQ24630 as long as following the design and layout guidelines described on the d/s and EVM User’s guide.
