LP8758-E0: Current of absolute maximum rating

Part Number: LP8758-E0

Hi,

The following information is listed in the "Current" column of the absolute maximum rating of datasheet P.5.
"Current on power pins (average current over 100k hour lifetime, Tj = 125°C"

Is this the specification of the average current value when operating 100 k or more at 125°C?
What is it when Tj = 100°C,108°C,110°C?

Best regards,
Yuto Sakai

  • Hi, Yuto,
No; it's the "average current over 100k hour lifetime, Tj = 125°C"; the 100K is the time, it means the lifetime=100K hours=100000 hours; at the Tj =125C. We don't have data for Tj = 100°C,108°C,110°C; but just gives the worst case.

    Thanks!
    Phil
