BQ27750EVM-837: SOC not work according to battery volatge

Hi,

I have a problem related to SOC. When I discharge a battery by connecting resistive load, the soc go down faster than cell voltage.

Sometimes the soc become 0% and battery is on 3.5 Volt.

In my project, most of the parameter based on SOC. for example: if the SOC of battery is 0% then system get shutdown but the threshold of battery to shutdown is 3 volt that means battery have some backup to run the system but soc not work according to battery voltage.

Please suggest me what to do.
