Do we have the CAD files for the VQFN-HR (RNW) 13-pin package?

Customer wants to use the TPS61178RNW and there are no CAD files uploaded to the WEB.

He is requesting for 3D step file for this device.

I'm looking for the step file within team. but it takes time. I will let you know if we have the file this week.

at the same time, you can export the layout files of this device in the webench. do you think this is also OK?

I haven't done before exporting the layout files of any device in the webench. However, If you could probably send me the procedure I will be able to try it.

Hi Julie,

We don't have 3D step file for this device. the dimension of the package can be found in the datasheet package information page
about the webench, please open the TPS61178 webench design. then an "EXPORT" can be found in the up-right corner.
