May BQ25703/BQ25700 can support PD 3.0? (are there 2 part can support up to 20V/5A?)

May we have this kind reference design?

    Hey Bogey,

    The BQ25703A/700A can both support the power levels of USB PD and USB3.0. You may also consider the BQ25713/10 for the same application. 

    However, a host will need to change the input current limits charger to match the respective USB spec.
