TPS7H1101A-SP: Using the SS Pin to Enable Device Like the TPS7H1101-SP

Is it possible to enable/disable the TPS7H1101A-SP device using the Soft-Start pin as it was done for the old TPS7H1101-SP device?  We wish to use a transistor to pull the SS pin to ground when disabling the device.  The TPS7H1101-SP data sheet shows this method; the TPS7H1101A-SP data sheet left it out for some reason.
