BQ40Z50-R2: FCC update at the end of discharge

Hi,

Adding to above we are not discharging the pack to full (means discharging upto 50% of the charge level). At the end of discharge Remaining capacity is becoming zero. Attached the graph.

Can you post the bqStudio log for this issue so that I can check if the DODs and Passed Charge is changing correctly.

Were you able to capture any logs using bqStudio showing the phenomenon? In bqStudio you can capture many useful debug registers which will help us to understand what is happening. Alternatively you can add those debug registers to your system logging capability.

Thanks for the log. It does show us some very useful clues and we are analyzing it further to give you a recommendation.
One more request: Can you please extract a fresh .gg.csv file from the pack after testing? I forgot to mention, but it's idea to capture a .gg.csv file before and after the test so we can see how it started and ended up. Also, it's even better if you turn on autoexport during the test to extract a .gg.csv file every 10 minutes or so; this enables us to see what is being updated over time. However, we might be able to get you a workable recommendation using your existing log. We will get back to you within a few days.
