EV2400: Using the VCC pins on 4 pin header

Hello there,

I wanted to use the WOD.2 pin from J3 header in order to provide voltage for the I2C interface device connected thorugh J3 header. The problem is, there is no voltage on WOD.2 pin. tracing it on the schematic reveals that this output is controller by U12, which is driver using signal WOD.2EN by the EV2400 MCU. The datasheet states that those pins are for future use. Is there any real way I can turn the WOD.2EN at the moment using 0.18 firmware? Maybe there is a newer one? I would appreciate all help.

Hello,

At this point there is currently no way for user to program the GPIO pin to enable high on the WOD.2EN/P7.7 pin.

Hi, thanks for answer. Few questions:
- Are there any plans on adding this feature are is the project long forgotten?
- If not, can the project files be shared so users are able to add this feature themselves?

There are currently no plan to adding this feature. The reason some LDOs are disabled is simply because the current firmware doesn't require all of them to be on. And no, we are not authorized to allow external access to these design files, unfortunately.
