LM385-1.2: Temperature Range -40 +100?

Hello All,

 

My customer is using LM385-1.2 in package SOT-23.

They are now looking for the same product same package with temperature range -40°C +100°C, any comments here?

    Hi Antonio,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The LM385 is an older device and since then we have released the TLV431.
    This device is the same functionality as the LM385 and also comes in SOT23-3. The Q temperature grade is -40 to 125C so this should fit your need.
