Hello Team,

My customer is asking if there anything special to take into account if using UCC27712 as inverter.

This application is mentioned in the Datasheet, but the question is if there is anything that could be a problem?

    Hi Adrian,

    Great to hear from you!

    Probably the two key areas to consider are - due to the bootstrapping technique used to drive the high-side switch, you can't go to 100% duty cycle, and and high current switching circuit will generate voltage spikes due to parasitic inductance in the circuit. Please study the layout information in the data sheet and users guide to reduce chances of any issues.
