LM5141-Q1: The Vref variation between -40~85 Celsius degree

Hi, I can find the min and max value of Vref, but the range is under -40~125 Celsius degree.

Do you have the value between -40~85 Celsius degree? Or do you have the scanned value variation curve across the whole temperature range ?

I checked with our product engineer, Unfortunately we do not have the data at 85 degree C.

Thanks Arief, I will use the value under -40~125 degree C. in calculation for the moment.
