TPS92663-Q1: How to deal with the VDD when 5v input?

Hi team,

The device can be used with 5v input, So when 5V input, the VDD will be lower than 5V, does it influence the performance, do we need to do other methods to improve it? Thanks.

Hello Frank,

It does affect the performance since it is the reference for the ADCs. If your input is 5V fixed then you probably want to tie Vin to VCC per figure 38 in the datasheet.
