LM5175: deviation of Switching frequency

Part Number: LM5175

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering LM5175 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

Regarding variation of switching frequency

According to the data sheet,
the specifications is only specified two conditions of fsw = 200 kHz and 500 kHz,
Is there a graph or something to know the variation for a certain frequency.

---

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Shinichi

  • Hi Shinichi

Again, thanks. We characterized the oscillator at both low and high frequencies, and the datasheet limits basically describe the extreme frequency tolerance over the temperature, and it also includes the process variations for parts from lots to lots. Any particular frequency in between these two data points are closer. Sorry we do not have a tested graph to show the curve of variation. You may draw a line between the two data points to get an estimated frequency variation at a certain frequency.

    Thanks,
    Youhao Xi
  • Hi Youhao,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand there isn't the graph and needs to estimate by using high and low frequency.

I'll share your information with the customer.

I appreciate your great help and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Shinichi
