BQ25504: VIN_DC Waveforms w/Solar Cell

I've got a solar cell connected to a BQ25504 prototype board I put together and am seeing some odd waveforms that I hoped to get some comment on.  I expected to see a DC level given the constant lighting conditions, but I am seeing something totally different and wondered if this is normal, or if there is something potentially wrong with my circuit?  In the attached waveforms, the blue traces are VIN_DC and the yellow is VRDIV.

    Can you please mark the condition for each waveform?
    Also can you please attach your schematic?
    Is battery connected?
    Is there any load connected?

    The conditions are actually the same for all of the waveforms, a solar cell connected with strong indoor lighting applied, a 3.3V battery connected and no load connected.  I'm attaching the relevant part of the schematic, but I've totally disconnected U1 and U3 from the circuit for troubleshooting.  The waveforms from my first post are without U1 and U3 in the circuit.
