How do I get the following information by reading the BQ25713 internal registers?           

1. how to judge the battery is filled when charging?         

2. how do we estimate the external devices in the discharge state?

    Garin,

    For your questions, I add my suggestion as following for your reference at first.

    Q1: In general, customer will use gas gauge to monitor battery capacity. But if you want to rely on charger then we have ADC function to read battery voltage and charge current. You may use these two information to judge battery capacity.
