LP5562EVM: Cannot Load LP5562EVM Driver

There was a posting with the above title which is the exact same problem i am having. Windows refuses to install the driver with the error "The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information". If you look at that post, I am down to having the EVM on COM5 and it shows up as Unknown device. Trying to install from the directory where the inf is tell me windows has already installed the best driver. If I click on the inf file and choose install i get the "The third-party INF..." message. Please help if you can. - Thanks
