Dear TI Experts,
My customer designed TPS61256 in their product and went to MP stage. During the SMT , they found some TPS61256's SW is shorted to Vout, since this will bypass the Valley Current Sense circuit, and TPS61256 can't dectect the high current, besides, when this short happens, TPS61256 will sense the Vout is lower than setting, so it will speed up the swicthing and cause more current and heat.
Is there any way to detect Vout short to SW and make the protection? Thanks a lot.
