Hello,

There is "Figure 1. Transient Thermal Impedance" in the datasheet(SLPS540B) on page 4 like the below.
In this figure, a condition with Ta=25C is written.
I think this transient thermal impedance is constant over temperature and doesn't depend on Ta.   
Does this transient thermal impedance depend on Ta?
