   in the above schematic , if I connect "VCC_BACKLIGHT_ANODE" to the anode of LCD and and Cathode of LCD is connected to "GND" ("VCC_BACKLIGHT_CATHODE" is remained No Connection.). What will happen? Whether the LCD will work or not? Can I control the brightness with PWM in this configuration.

    Hello,

    By doing that you are bypassing current sense, the feedback. This will not regulate current. Why do you want to connect it this way? It will not work correct, it should be connected to VCC_BACKLIGHT_CATHODE so the current can go through R26.
