Dear Sir
If I set the TPS543C20 to stand-alone mode, does the SYNC PIN output a PWM signal?
below is my setting for you reference.

Hi Amnat
Thank you for your reply,
Another question, If I set TPS543C20 at Slave mode, the switching frequency of TPS543C20 will follow the input frequency of SYNC pin (from FPGA)?
and I need provide SYNC signal before TPS543C20 enable, am I right?

Hi Allen,
In the stand alone mode with the external clock into the SYNC pin, the TPS543C20 will support the frequency from 200kHz to 2 MHz. The TPS543C20 will follow the input frequency of the SYNC pin. Yes, the SYNC signal needs to be available before the TPS543C20 enables.
Thanks,
Amnat
