Hi all.

I'd like to ask you about a problem when charging.

basically, when the target chaging voltage is reached, the charging current is gradully reduced as in DS figure 3.

however, likt the attached waveform, the charging current remains intact as the BAT voltage becomes 0V.

(ch. 1 : Bat pin voltage, ch.4 : charging current)

As shown in C3 of EVM, we added a capacitor to verify normal operation.

I would like to know the reasons for the improvement by adding C3.

Hi,

When the battery is connected, the BAT pin voltage should be equal to the battery voltage. How can the battery voltage go to 0V as shown in CH1?
