TPS65400: USB 2 ANY and PI Commander Communication with TPS65400: Minimal pins to connected

Hi,

The quad buck TPS65400 will be used in our new design. At the system level the PMBUS feature is not used, the switching frequency ,soft-start time etc are fixed using on-board
resistors and capcitors.

But the PMBUS programming header(10pin) is to be included on the board to communicate with TPS65400 through USB2ANY and PI Commander for debugging and trouble shooting.
We are not interested in 30pin connector as on the EVM.
Q1. Do the programming header need connectios only with SCL,SDA and GND pins of TPS65400?
Q2. Kindly Verify the pin mapping of 10 pin programming header

J4-1 : SDA
J4-2 : SCL
J4-5 :GND
J4-3,4,6,7,8,9,10 : NC
