sorry my delay reply due to holiday. my application is AI board.need the hot powerswitch.the mos part NO.is not sure. I do not know if one mos can solve the solution?

NOW 4 mos. I do not know the ability of pwm is ok?

I would require more details to comment on this.

Why back-to-back FET is needed?
Why PWM ON/OFF needed? and what is the max switching frequency.?
Do you also need input reverse polarity protection.?
What is the type of load? and max load capacitance

the mos is TPHR9003NL,we will use 2 mos .below is the sch.Can you help to review it .thanks. we only achieve the function of hot swap.thanks

Hi User,

For hot-swap function, I recommend to use LM5069 which provides accurate overcurrent protection and FET SOA protection.
The overcurrent protection with LM5060 depends a lot on FET Rdson which varies with operating/board temperature.
Have a look at LM5069. If you decide to go with LM5069, Please close this thread. And send me filled up design calculator www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware in a new thread for review.

LM5069 can not ok at 12V,60A in webench. especially 60A?

For 12V, high current application the ideal would be TPS2477x www.ti.com/.../slvuag2.pdf
