TPS22916: On pin input capacitance/input charge

Hello,

Is there any data available for the On pin capacitance or an On pin charge vs pin voltage graph? 

I'm looking at how long the pin will take to charge/discharge with a low current input.

    Hi Ben, 

    Thanks for posting on E2E.

    The device has an internal charge pump to charge the CT capacitor, it will charge / discharge without requiring an external low current input. May I ask why an external input current would be needed?

    If you are looking for a load switch with a faster slew rate, I can provide some recommendations.
